Arlene, born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, from an early age always saw herself as a cheerleader, possessing a deep passion to serve, encourage, and inspire those around her.  Upon graduating high school, her life became one of service, having the privilege of serving our country for twenty years in the United States Army.

After military retirement, she served her community through employment with Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Ft. Worth Independent School Districts.  She earned her Bachelor of Science from Tarleton State University. Arlene’s various life assignments through military service, Christian ministry, international missions, and community efforts, epitomizes her faith in God. Above all, her greatest accomplishment is asking Jesus to be the Lord of her life. Arlene and her husband reside in Midlothian, Texas, and have two sons.
