Her family often went on mission trips and in 2019 she had the privilege of being a missionary in the Philippines. There she served as a team coordinator overseeing the daily schedules for the volunteers as well as managing the birthing clinic.

Since moving back to the states she has worked as a case manager for an elderly couple. She loves finding meaning in her work and always seeks to serve others.

Kaitlyn lives in Midlothian with her husband and four children (Burke, Eli, Dax, and Indy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing ball with her boys, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

Kaitlyn is very excited to join the Mentors Care Team and can’t wait to see what this chapter looks like. She has a passion for helping people discover their strengths and is looking forward to giving back to the community she lives in.
