Frankie Furr Receives Mentors Care’s Annual Carl Smith Award
Mentor’s Care, a non-profit organization that connects struggling high school students with adult mentors, announced today that Frankie Furr was named the recipient of the Carl Smith Award. Out of over 700 mentors across North Texas in the organization, one mentor is chosen each year by Mentors Care’s board of directors, as their Mentor of the Year.
